Evans House
Opened before Christmas in 2013, Evans House aims to provide safe and secure accommodation for people in need of support with resettlement back into the community.
Purpose
Single accommodation for both males and females, primarily over the age of 25, but with a registration, it may include adults from the of 18, if required.
Evans House is also used as the base for the Trust's resettlement services supporting other sites.
Accommodation
There are 22 furnished rooms available for single occupancy, and staff are on duty 24 hours a day. Onsite facilities include a communal lounge, dining room and laundry. There are numerous shared bathroom facilities throughout the building. There is an accommodation charge. Bed linen is provided and rent is inclusive of all service charges and meals.
Services
We offer support access to agencies (housing, health, drug and alcohol, counselling, mental health, community bank), Through key work sessions, we can offer advice with employment, training and assistance with legal monetary matters.

The Staff and Management at Evans House endeavour to achieve a relaxed and friendly atmosphere within the house, giving residents a homely environment in which to live temporarily and reassurance and guidance when the time is right for them to move forward.
