Michael Powell

Michael is a qualified solicitor who has both advised and been a professional trustee for over 30 years.
His experience with families has confirmed that many of us can be but a few steps away from homelessness when aspects of life spin out of control.
Brought up in Jersey Michael lived in London where his first real interest in helping those who find themselves homeless was kindled.
He has always been active in various charitable and voluntary capacities, and is now in the fortunate position working less professional hours so can commit more time to work with the community in Jersey including The Shelter Trust.
